Many democracies today are experiencing rapid political polarization. This process affects how we think about policy, where we get our information, and how we perceive public institutions. This talk suggests ways that students, faculty, and administrators can support democratic renewal on campus and throughout society, based on research for the speaker’s new book, Cancel Wars.
Talk is free and open to the public. Sponsored by the Center for Ethics & Education, WCER, Department of Educational Policy Studies, and Department of Philosophy.
