Jessica Tierney is the Operations Manager of the SimLab in the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER). With a background spanning classroom teaching and extensive work at ETS, Jessica excels at designing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance learning, professional development, and evaluation. Her expertise includes developing classroom simulation scenarios, creating fair and reliable assessments, and using AI-scored automated feedback reports. Jessica has a M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction and B.S. in Elementary Education.
