Kelsey Hughey is Compliance Specialist for WIDA. She ensures that WIDA is compliant with both its legal obligations and client expectations regarding data security, data privacy and data accessibility. To do this, Kelsey monitors IT-related legislation, is active throughout the contracting process, and assesses vendor compliance.  

Kelsey holds a JD from Drake University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She brings experience in compliance, vendor management, and legal research and writing from her previous roles as Compliance Analyst for Medical Associates Health Plan, Inc. and Judicial Law Clerk for La Crosse County Circuit Court.
