Danielle Downey
WIDA Educator Outreach Specialist
Danielle Downey is an Educator Outreach Specialist with the WIDA Communications and Marketing team. She has an M.A. in English Language Learning from Western Governors University and a B.A. in English with a minor in Spanish from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Before joining WIDA, Danielle taught English, ESOL, Reading, Social Studies, and Spanish to students in grades K-12 in Florida and Virginia for 14 years.
