Supporting the WI Educator Effectiveness Initiative

The Wisconsin Educator Effectiveness System is a performance-based evaluation system designed to improve the education for all students in the state by supporting guided, individualized, professional growth and development of educators. A team from WCER is providing technical assistance to the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction as it strives to continuously improve the Educator Effectiveness System for teacher and principal evaluation.
