Nicole Kleinschmidt is the WCER Department Purchasing Manager. She specializes in Travel policy, UW-Madison procurement and State of WI (DOA) contracts for external suppliers, Expense Report (ER) approvals, Purchase Order (PO) setup, PO Invoice payment approvals, Simplified Bids, and Academic Support Services Agreements (ASSAs), temporary Custodian Funds for cash or gift cards to research participants, and support with post-award purchasing inquiries.
