Indira Ceylan

Professional Learning Outreach Administrator

Indira Ceylan works in close cooperation with state partners and WIDA facilitators to develop and deliver professional learning opportunities, with a focus on WIDA Early Years. WIDA Early Years professional learning includes face-to-face, online, and blended professional learning about early dual language development for early care and education practitioners, administrators, and trainers from across the US. Indira works with all components of these learning opportunities including identifying state partner needs, scheduling and contracting with state partners, coordinator the efforts of WIDA facilitators, event registration, and evaluation.

Originally from Germany, Indira has an LL.M in Globalisation and Law from Maastricht University, the Netherlands, and a B.A. in European Studies from Magdeburg University, Germany. Indira also completed the Master's Certificate in Project Management at the Wisconsin School of Business.
